Formerly home to an MA in Yiddish Studies program the library has a decent selection of Yiddish secondary literature.

A special page on the library website is devoted to Ancient Near East, Semitics and Judaica.

SOAS Library also has a special Archive Catalogue. Note that the archives of A.N. Stencl, the famous Yiddish poet, are kept here. Many of the library's Yiddish books come from his personal collection.
