Because of archival reasons there is also a page with past events (which does not include summer courses and language workshops but only conferences and seminars). <p><strong>Why do some entries appear more than once on certain pages?</strong> On some country pages the same entries appear several times. To give an example: the Medem Library is listed on the country page for France under &#39;antiquariats&#39;, &#39;archives&#39;, &#39;learning&#39; and &#39;libraries&#39;. The reason for this is that the Medem Library is both a library and an archive, sells second hand books and offers Yiddish language courses. As the country pages are set up to give information per category some entries might appear under various headings.</p>

<p><strong>Why is there a page for libraries as well as online catalogues?</strong> The online catalogues page is intended to list entries with a direct link to an online catalogue. Most libraries nowadays have an online catalogue but not all of them, hence the distinction is made.</p>
