The report has an elaborate addendum on the <a href="http://assembly.coe.int//mainf.asp?link=http://assembly.coe.int/Documents/WorkingDocs/doc96/EDOC7489AD.htm">Colloquy on Yiddish Culture</a> that took place from 3-5 May 1995 in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

Some countries have also accorded Yiddish the status of official minority language, for instance <a href="http://yiddish-sources.com/modersmal-jiddisch-sweden">Sweden</a>.
